Because downloads are digital and delivered instantly, refunds work a little differently from physical goods.
Replacements
If your file is missing or corrupted, contact the studio and we will provide a working replacement at no charge.
Refunds
If you purchased by mistake before downloading, email the studio with your order details and we will review a refund where applicable under UK consumer law.
